In Sharma related business...I finished the bridesmaid necklaces last week.

I love these necklaces. I have done a very similar style before. The fact of the matter is that no matter how hard you try you will probably not get bridesmaid dresses that the girls will wear again. So you might as well get them a necklace they can wear all the time right?

I have a ton of new stuff to add to the site. I have bracelets, earrings, and lots of necklaces. I will post a sneak preview of the new jewelry tomorrow and I should have it up by the end of the week.

Babies and Race Cars

Today we had a momentary loss of sanity and took baby girl to the San Jose Grand Prix with us. Loud cars + sensitive ears = mom and baby girl sitting in the shade nowhere near the race track. Oh well. It was fun for her dad. I told him next year we can be among the smart people who watched from the Hyatt.

We Love Summer!!

This week I will be a busy bee.

I will begin a custom wedding project. I am making 6 bridesmaid necklaces. I love being part of the big day. I can't wait to start. I will post pics when I have them.

I have made about 10 new bracelets to test out on the site. I have to get them photographed this week.

I also have about 15-20 new necklaces to photograph and add to the site. Look for new flirty florals, dainty divas, and fabulous and funky. I got a new tripod for my birthday so I am excited to try it out.

This weekend we spent a lot of time at the beach. Baby girl put her feet in the ocean for the first time. We had so much fun. I am envious of anyone who lives near the beach.

Necklaces, Earrings AND Bracelets?

A good friend of mine does my taxes for me. We swap necklaces for tax services and it works out great. She likes to have the necklace, earrings and a bracelet. So tonight I finished making the bracelets to coordinate with the rest and it occurred to me that other people might like this too?

I have had many requests for bracelets from my customers. Oddly enough I started my jewelry making adventure by designing bracelets. I just don't usually wear them anymore so I don't think to make them. They are actually a lot of fun to make. They are quick and I can move on to the next one faster (I get distracted easily).

So what do you think? Should I add bracelets to the Sharma Designs line? Or should I offer the option to buy a matching bracelet? Or both?
