Biography
In September of 2003 I opened my online store, Sharma Designs. The local feadback of my handmade jewelry was so positive that I figured I should take the internet world by storm!
Anyone who owns a small business knows that it's not quite that easy. I haven't quite taken over the online world but I do have a very loyal group of customers that gets larger everyday.
A mom, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a designer, a small business owner, an employee and a friend, I wear many hats but I love them all. Some would definitely call me a workaholic but I just like to say that "I love to stay busy". And boy do I!
I began my blog as a way to better connect with my customers. When my daughter was born I took a few months off from everything and I had no way to tell people why my website was stagnant. I used my blog as a way to be able to make announcements. I wanted people to know I was still alive! Since then it has blossomed into so much more.
